Here is my first portrait shoot since moving to Queenstown to live. There is certainly no shortage of beautiful backdrops to use in my photography and everywhere I go I take note of places where I want to come back to with clients. Jessie is here in New Zealand from China and wanted me to take photos of her to send home to her family. We headed out to the Kawerau river outlet and spent an hour in the sun that was fast dropping past the mountain. We had some spectacular light for this shoot and Jessie & I made the most of it.
